In-depth discussion of our services
For those who want to know more

How is this possible?
Windows and other o perating systems like Linux or OS X
perform what is known as "Lazy Deletion."

W hen you delete a file, the space i t take s up on your hard
drive is marked as available to store new files.

Until a new file is written to that same part of the hard
drive, the deleted file can be recovered.

A dvanced file system tools to access the hard drive
directly, detecting and in many cases recovering deleted
    files.
We cannot guarantee that any given file can be recovered.
Once a file has been marked for deletion it is vulnerable to
    being overwritten by another file.

What does it mean to recover Internet History ?
Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, and most other Internet
browsers store files on your hard drive, called a cache.

This is a way to save time when you come back to a site
later; the files don't need to be downloaded again if they
are already stored on your local hard drive.

To keep the saved files organized, your browser writes
data files as well, including sites visited, dates, and what
    pages you viewed while there.

We have specialized tools which can reconstruct this
information, and reproduce the web pages long after  they
    have been visited.

In some cases, we can even use our Deleted File
Recovery process to restore and view Internet history even
after the cache has been deleted.

Deleted does not mean 'gone for good.'
As mentioned in the discussion of Deleted File Recovery,
modern operating systems follow a process known as 'lazy
    deletion' to save time.

This means that even after you have deleted files, emptied
the recycle bin, files you thought were safely deleted can
still be recovered from the hard drive. [ Video ]

When it is time to retire that old computer, securely
destroying all the data on your hard drive is an essential
step to protect your privacy and preventing identity theft.

Our Data Destruction process follows guidelines set up by
the US Department of Defense for the protection of
    sensitive data.
Secure Data Destruction

Viruses and Spyware are hard to detect.
That's part of what makes them so nasty .

Many infections are designed to attack the very programs
that detect them as a way to hide their existence and their
    actions.

Your first line of defense, your Antivirus(AV) software, is
also a prime target for an attacker ; Virus writers often
include routines that attempt to fool, disable, or hide from
    common AV products.

We offer several services to detect and clean up malicious
software (malware), from simply scanning the computer
with our own, known clean scanner, to booting the system
into a special operating system, and examining the hard
    drive.
